This policy covers the website at veyas.ai: its Design Partners sign-up page, its Contact page, the discovery survey and its data request and Unsubscribe pages, all run by Veyas AI Inc. (“Veyas”, “we”). It does not cover the Veyas app that firms and their clients use for intake; that has its own App Privacy Policy.
The short version: we collect only what you type into this website's sign-up, contact, survey, feedback and request pages, and visit counts and campaign codes if you allow them. We do not sell it, we do not show ads, and you can have it deleted at any time from the Trust Center.

What we don't collect
- Client or case information. Please don't send it through this website; it belongs in the Veyas app.
- Phone numbers, addresses, payment details or government identifiers.
- Advertising identifiers, social media pixels, fingerprints or session recordings.
To slow down automated spam, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit how many sign-ups and messages can be sent per minute. It is never written to our database.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits; it does not use cookies and reports visits in aggregate, not by person. If you also arrived from a link with campaign codes, one first-party cookie, veyas_utm, keeps those codes for 30 days so a later sign-up or message can be attributed to that link. If you decline, neither happens, and withdrawing consent deletes the cookie. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The Cookie Policy lists everything stored in your browser.
Who processes it
We use two service providers. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
- Vercel hosts the website, and provides visit analytics if you accept them.
- Supabase stores what you send through this website's sign-up, contact, survey, feedback and request pages, and campaign attribution if you allow it, in a database that only our server can read.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Veyas operates in the United States. If you use this website from another country, what you send is processed and stored in the United States.
This policy covers the veyas.ai website only. The Veyas app, which firms and their clients use, is a separate system hosted in the United States, covered by the App Privacy Policy. The services each one uses are on Third-party services.
How long we keep it
- Design partner sign-ups: until you ask us to remove you, or until the program ends.
- Messages from the Contact page: as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years.
- Survey answers: until general availability, then kept only in aggregate without your firm's name.
- Feedback: as long as it is useful, and no longer than two years.
- Reviews and quotes: until you withdraw your consent, when we take the quote down and delete it.
- Campaign attribution: 12 months.
- Data and unsubscribe requests: as long as needed to show we carried them out.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or delete it, using the data request in the Trust Center or by emailing info@veyas.ai from the address you used. We confirm within 24–48 hours and complete the request within 30 days.
Product update emails are opt-in: we send them only if you tick that box, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at veyas.ai/unsubscribe.
Age
This site is for law firms and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to sign up, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their details, email info@veyas.ai and we will delete them.
Security
Everything you send through this website travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people at Veyas who need it to reply to you or run the program.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change matters to people who have signed up, we will email them before it takes effect.
