Website Terms of Service
Last updated November 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of the website at veyas.ai, including the design partner program, the Contact page and any survey we send you. Using the Veyas app is covered by the App Terms of Service. They are an agreement between Veyas AI Inc. and you. By using the site you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to sign up for anything on it.
The product has not launched
Veyas has not launched yet. The screens shown on this site come from the app in development and use sample data; features may change before launch. Where a feature opens later than the first beta release, the site says when. Veyas covers every USCIS case family. The beta opens with family-based adjustment of status, I-130, I-130A, I-485, G-28 and I-765, and the rest of the beta scope is released to design partners as each form becomes ready.
Signing up as a design partner is free and creates no obligation to pay. Design partner firms use Veyas free until three months after general availability (the day paid plans open to the public on veyas.ai), then at the design-partner rate set out in their design partner agreement for at least twelve months. Firms that join the program sign that agreement and a data processing agreement before using the app with real matters. Using the product is covered by the App Terms of Service, which you accept before your firm uses the app.
Prices and fees
- Every price and charge is shown before you choose a paid plan. There are no setup, onboarding or cancellation fees.
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown before you pay.
- Each plan includes a number of AI intakes a month. Extra intakes are charged only when used, at the rate shown for your plan. An AI intake is one completed client interview for a new case.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change applies to you.
- You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Not legal advice
Veyas is software for law firms, not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with us. The attorney using Veyas stays responsible for the advice they give and the forms they file.
Using the site
- Give accurate information when you sign up or contact us.
- Do not send client or case information through this website; it belongs in the Veyas app.
- Do not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site, or use automated tools to send sign-ups or messages.
Our content
Veyas AI Inc. owns the site's text, design and the Veyas name. You can link to the site and quote it with attribution. Please ask before using our name or wordmark for anything else. Fonts and icons on the site are used under their open licenses, listed on Licenses.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, through the survey, the Contact page or email, we may use them to improve Veyas without owing you anything for it. We will not publish anything that identifies you or your firm without asking first, and we never publish testimonials or reviews that are not real.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, Veyas AI Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and its total liability for the site is limited to $100.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to settle it within 30 days. If that does not work, disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes, and the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to people who have signed up, we email them before it takes effect.
