Our commitments
What is in place on this website, veyas.ai, today. The Veyas app is a separate system; how it protects client data is on Security.

| Area | What is in place | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Consent on sign-up | Every sign-up and contact page on this website says what its data is for. Agreeing to the Privacy Policy and Terms is a separate, unticked box; product updates are a second, optional box, also unticked. | In place |
| Only necessary data | This website asks only for what we use: no phone, address, payment or ID fields. Optional fields are marked. See what we don't collect. | In place |
| Third-party code | Every outside service is listed on Third-party services. No advertising, social or session-recording scripts. Analytics loads only after you accept. | In place |
| No dark patterns | Decline and Accept look the same on the cookie banner. No pre-ticked boxes, countdowns, fake scarcity or guilt-trip wording. Unsubscribing takes one field and one button. | In place |
| No hidden fees | Every price and usage charge is shown before you choose a paid plan. No setup or cancellation fees; tax is shown before you pay. | In place |
| No fake reviews | The site shows no testimonials, ratings, client logos or customer counts. We will only ever publish real ones, with permission. | In place |
| No unsupported claims | Product screens are real, from the app in development, with sample data. Where a feature opens later than the first beta release, the site says when. | In place |
| Alt text | Every app screen has alt text describing what it shows; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers. | In place |
| Color contrast | Text meets 4.5:1 in both themes, focus rings and borders 3:1. See Accessibility. | In place |
| Keyboard navigation | Skip link, visible focus ring, arrow keys for the carousel and tabs, Escape closes the menu. | In place |
| Business details | Who runs the site and how to reach us, in the Trust Center. | In place |
| Age | Sign-up requires confirming you are 18 or older. The site is not directed at children. | In place |
| Unsubscribe | Every email has an unsubscribe link to veyas.ai/unsubscribe, which takes effect at once. | In place |
| Font and icon licenses | All open licenses, listed on Licenses. Fonts and icons are served from veyas.ai, not third-party servers. | In place |
| Data deletion | Ask in the Trust Center or by email. Confirmed within 24–48 hours, done within 30 days. | In place |
